Looking for volunteers

Let's get Zesty!

Would you like to have more energy, better moods as well to achieve and maintain a healthy weight?

I am looking for 20 volunteers for a FREE 4 week diet trial that I will be running in September as part of the Zest4Life programme. Participants will follow Patrick Holford’s low GL weight loss programme and will also receive motivational weight loss coaching.

In order to qualify for this trial you will need to:

  • Have a minimum of 10 lbs excess weight to lose
  • Have an interest in improving nutrition to benefit health.
  • Have experienced significantly reduced energy levels for at least one year.
  • Have tried several diets before and re-gained some or all of the weight you have lost.
  • Have experienced cravings and/or sometimes felt the need for comfort eating.
  • Be prepared to commit to attending a 4 week programme consisting of four 2 hour sessions, mornings or evenings.
  • Provide feedback and give your permission for the results to be published anonymously as part of a national research project on weight loss and motivation.

Over the past few weeks I have been working individually with a number of clients using the Zest4Life approach. Everyone has been really impressed with the results they’ve achieved in just a few weeks you can read some of their feedback below. The programme emphasises improved health and well-being rather than simply weight loss and people can’t believe how great they feel when their blood sugar levels are under control.

Sessions will take place on 17th, 24th September, 1st & 8th October
