		<description>I just use a normal blender- the kind you would use to make soup. Obviously the sky&#039;s the limit with smoothies- you can add whatever you like peaches, nectarines, blueberries, raspberries, yoghurt- are all good ingredients.</description>

		<description>Mmm I love the idea of asparagus for breakfast - so decadent! It&#039;s one of my favourites - and artichoke too. I&#039;ve just seen a recipe for fresh artichoke lasagna on an italian blog. Sounds amazing - but it would be cheaper to fly to Rome to source the ingredients than get them in Waitrose! I&#039;m definitely in a food rut so look forward to trying more of your recipes... :)</description>
