Private Consultations
What does a consultation involve?
Before your consultation, Michelle will send you a questionnaire to complete and return to provide details of your health, lifestyle and diet.
At your consultation she will ask you further questions. This information helps her to determine underlying imbalances that could be leading to your health problems.
She’ll then work with you to devise a nutritional and lifestyle programme. In some cases she may suggest diagnostic testing to:
-
★identify food allergies/intolerances or parasites
-
★assess liver, adrenal, digestive, cardiovascular or thyroid function.
Supplements may also be recommended as part of your nutritional programme. All tests and supplements will be charged for separately. Supplements will be available at trade prices (Mission Nutrition does not make money from selling supplements). Some diagnostic tests are covered by private medical insurers.
She will provide you with a written nutritional programme and suitable recipes and meal ideas.
Charges
An initial 1 hour consultation costs £60.
Follow-up sessions last 30-45 minutes and cost £40.
How many visits are necessary?
Michelle usually sees clients 2 to 3 times at 4-6 week intervals. This varies between individuals.
She also encourages clients to get in touch in between consultations if they have queries or need extra motivation.
Where are you based?
Mission Nutrition is based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. Michelle see clients at Ginger Natural Health on London Road, St Albans, as well as at her home practice near St Albans mainline train station.
Appointments are available Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and occasional Saturdays.
